At Fred. Olsen we know that
our people are our future. Nurture those people that you've worked hard to
attract. Learn from each other. Invest in the talents around you and embrace
change. It's a philosophy that makes our organisation a favourite employer in
East Anglia
and it stems back over 150 years from when the Olsen family first ventured
into the ship-owning business.
We have always had
strong trading links with East
Anglia and today we employ more than 300
staff from all over the area. As with them, we'll invest in your career and
personal development through our core training and professional qualification
policies.

Our basic benefits
package enhances a competitive salary, private medical insurance, holiday
entitlement that increases with service, contributory pension scheme, life
assurance, income protection plan and various travel discounts (all subject
to eligibility). Work hard, but play hard too. It's this spirit that gives
our customers the enviable service Fred. Olsen has become renowned for.
